1st Annual nDigiFest Film Festival
This was a first of its kind, a film festival that celebrates health and wellness through digital storytelling--short films made by tribal community members. Everyone had a great time!
A handful of nDigiStorytellers talked about the power of using their personal voice on film and how they have shared their digital stories with other community members.
The nDigiFest was part of the Native Wellness Institute's 10th Annual National Wellness Gathering in San Diego at the Town and Country Resort on September 28, 2010.
These digital stories focus on healthy living and lifestyles. Each "mini-movie" was produced and narrated by tribal community members participating in our digital storytelling workshops. Ages of participants in our workshops have ranged from ages 9 to 83.
